Electrolineras (service stations that serve electricity) or hydrogeneras (that serve hydrogen). We will have to get used to these terms, but it is also possible that the service station of the future will be able to service both electric cars and hydrogen cars from the same location. This discovery (which can be revolutionary in a couple of decades) has just been published by scientists at the University of Glasgow.

For decades, engineers have searched for an alternative to the internal combustion engine. And is that, although due to pollution are labeled as cursed, there is no doubt that gasoline and diesel are ideal fuels because it has an incredible energy-mass ratio. They are easy to produce and transport and, in just a couple of minutes, a car can recharge its tank to travel hundreds of kilometers without having to repeat the process. The future passes in two ways:

Vehicles with hydrogen fuel cell: Recharging a car takes the same as gasoline, but it is expensive to manufacture today and there are hardly any places to refuel. They are some of the obstacles of hydrogen.
Electric vehicles: Nowadays they are more popular and the charging infrastructure advances … but it takes hours to complete a full recharge.
