GREENMAR Projectlunes, 14 mayo 2018 In the Conference on Hydrogen and Fuel Cells held on May 10, the results of the Greenmar Project (Geothermal & Renewable Energy in Modular Architecture system) were presented. A project funded by the General Directorate of Innovation and Competitiveness within the National Public-Private Partnership Program that arises in order to develop a deployable modular architecture solution with high energy efficiency through renewable energies for emergencies, humanitarian missions, natural catastrophes or military operations.GREENMAR is a pioneering model of collaboration between a public research agency of the Ministry of Defense – the Technological Institute «La Marañosa» (ITM) – and three Spanish SMEs -GEOTER, CLYSEMA and GAPTEK-. Within the consortium, CLYSEMA develops the modular container for efficient air conditioning; GEOTER incorporates the use of geothermal energy and coordinates the project; GAPTEK develops the modular architecture system; and the ITM, in collaboration with the Logistical Support Command of the Air Force (MALOG), establishes the requirements, verifies and validates the system and carries out dissemination actions.
